Choosing a golf shirt
A golf polo has to do two jobs: move through a full swing without pulling across the shoulders, and still look right when you sit down afterwards. Pique knit is the traditional answer because the texture breathes without going sheer, and cotton handles a warm New Zealand afternoon better than most synthetics.
