SHIPPING & HANDLING

Order Processing

All orders placed on fantlsport.com are processed Monday to Friday and typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fantl Sport is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered by the courier but not received. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your payment provider. For further help, reach out to us at caddy@fantlsport.com.


RETURN GUIDELINES

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return eligible items purchased from fantlsport.com.

To initiate a return, email us at caddy@fantlsport.com. Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for items bought outside of fantlsport.com.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Special Collaborations & Exclusives

All sales of limited-edition or exclusive items are final — no returns or exchanges.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Fantl Sport reserves the right to cancel any orders involving unauthorized or fraudulent use of discount codes. Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
